Order Cancellation Rules

• Orders cannot be canceled once accepted by the shop.
• You may cancel before we accept the order (if shown in the app).

Why?

Because chicken is freshly cut immediately after order acceptance.

Important

If you forcefully cancel after we cut the chicken, we cannot refund, as the product becomes unsellable.
